• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of "1".

7. Intentionally exploiting incorrectly published odds or system errors.

Any account found to be involved in the above activities will be immediately closed, and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. 9xxo reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.

9xxo reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If verification fails or false information is provided.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• If you wish to close your account at your own request.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

To voluntarily close your account, please contact the 9xxo support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure (provided no violations have occurred).

9xxo believes betting is for entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly. The following tools are available to you free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Decide in advance how long you will play.
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically suspended if losses exceed a specified amount.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account.
